The Wharton Advisory Panel of Executives (APEX) consists of business executives who agree to complete surveys on a regular basis. Tapping this population allows faculty to study current business issues and to publish the results of that research. The goal of APEX is to support a panel of executives that can ‘speak’ with credibility for the global business community. Demographics are monitored to maintain representativeness of the panel.
APEX was established to fill the unmet knowledge gap that lies between the popular press which provides current yet anecdotal information and surveys undertaken by professional organizations and academic which take years to publish. APEX provides an ongoing, accurate and timely description of executive opinions and facts about the current business environment.
